The rigidity of a supporting part and a mounting bracket is improved by forming a reinforced panel for connecting both sides of the supporting part of the mounting bracket and forming a slot adjacent to a tilt opening formed at a side of the mounting bracket of steering column. A mounting bracket of steering column(200) covers an outside tube, fixed to car frame of vehicle. The steering column is broken away from the car frame when the vehicle crashes. A supporting unit(210) is formed at both sides of the mounting bracket. The supporting unit has a distance member and a tilt opening(230) through which a tilt bolt passes to perform a tilt operation of steering column.
