PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device capable of removing electrostatic charges caused on a roller surface with a simple configuration. SOLUTION: The fixing device 11 has a heat roller 30 and a pressure roller 40 disposed in pressure-contact with each other. The heat roller has: a hollow cylinder 31 that has conductive faces 31a formed on the peripheral faces of a paper non-passage area at both ends; and a heat source 33 accommodated therein. The pressure roller has: a conductive rotary shaft 41 that has been grounded; a cylindrical non-conductive elastic member 43 externally fitted to the paper passage area of the conductive rotary shaft 41; and annular conductive elastic members 42 externally fitted to the paper non-passage areas at both the ends of the member 43. Each of the annular conductive elastic members is greater in diameter and lower in hardness than the cylindrical non-conductive elastic member, and is disposed in pressure-contact with the conductive face of the heat roller.
