PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an HCV antibody measuring reagent kit containing an HCV antigen having higher preservation stability and reactivity than hitherto, capable of detecting the HCV antibody with high sensitivity. SOLUTION: This HCV antibody measuring reagent kit includes the first reagent containing a hepatitis C virus (HCV) synthesized peptide antigen to which a solid phase bonding portion is added, and the second reagent containing the first solid phase wherein an HCV gene recombinant antigen is immobilized and the second solid phase wherein a bonding material bondable with the solid phase bonding portion is immobilized.
