PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent image quality degradation of a tomogram acquired by optical tomography measurement. SOLUTION: An interference signal IS is acquired in an interference signal acquiring means 51, and the interference signal IS is divided into interference signals ISa and ISb every wavelength band of respective light fluxes La and Lb. Then, a discrete region signal GS in a discrete wavelength band GR between the light fluxes La and Lb is acquired, and the discrete wavelength band GS and each of the interference signals ISa and ISb are composed. Then, the composed interference signal IS10 is frequency-analyzed, and tomogram information r(z) is acquired.
