PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily conduct operation for coupling and fixing a stationary side flange 11a formed on an outer circumference surface of an outer ring 1 to a knuckle while a detection part of a sensor supported and fixed on the outer ring 1 is arranged in a desired position in a circumferential direction, and to provide inexpensive structure. SOLUTION: Pitch circlesα,βand pitches A, B, C, D of respective flange side mounting holes 12a-12d formed on the stationary side flange 11a are not equal (α<β, A≠B≠C=D), wherein the mounting holes are used for coupling and fixing the stationary side flange 11a on the knuckle.
