PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting allowing mounting of a variety of electronic devices to a wide variety of mounted parts, and to provide electronic device fixing structure having the fitting. SOLUTION: The electronic device fixing structure 8 has a speaker 3 and the fitting 1. The fitting 1 comprises: a fitting 10 for member to which a frame 7 is attached; a fitting 11 for device to which the speaker 3 is attached; and a changing part 12 changing relative positions of the fitting 10 for member and the fitting 11 for device.
