The invention relates to a device for collecting small waste and/or receiving an information medium. Said device can be fixed to the upper end of a stationary vertical post (1), said upper end being any shape and size. The device consists of a part A to be fixed to the upper end (2) and a detachable part B for receiving the waste. The fixed part A consists of two quarters of a sphere adapted to the shape and dimensions of the end of the post (1). The detachable part B comprises a flap for removing the waste, and parts A and B can be fixed together and unfixed only by using a separate key (34). The device according to the invention can be used to collect especially cigarette butts on the street. |
