SYSTEM FOR SELF-MADE CONTENTS DISTRIBUTION USING DIGITAL CONTAINER AND METHOD THE SAME

A self-made content distribution system using a digital container and a method thereof are provided to enable a user to make contents by himself/herself or become a copyright holder for corresponding areas which he/she makes additionally or separately. The first client(100) makes contents having the copyright, sets a content distribution policy including real-time settlement for the use of the contents and use right, and distributes a digital container generated by packaging the contents and policy. A service management server(200) manages the contents and policy in a database and issues the use right based on information within the DB. A presentation server provides the first client with a DRM package menu screen to enable a user to set the generation of the digital container, transfers changes in the content distribution policy to the service management server, and issues the right for using the digital container by interworking with the service management server.
