The nanoparticles comprise a biodegradable polymer, a cyclodextrin or a d erivative thereof and a biologically active molecule. Said nanoparticles can associate high quantities of biologically active molecules, in particular, hydrophobic molecules, and release the biologically active molecule by provi ding sustained and constant plasmatic levels thereof when administered orall y or through any other mucosa of the organism.
