Flat knitting process - with needle action controlled by jacquard clips of different heights

A flat bed knitting machine with a double stitch cam system has the needle movements controlled by lever type jacks, working against auxiliary jacks and moves these into a half or full out position for the usual knitting positions. This is achieved by having clips of different heights on a Jacquard card under the lever type jack.
