Extrudable plastics mass - with high porosity after drying

Plastic, deformable, and more esp. extrudable mass, for preparing articles which after drying have a high absorptive capacity, the support for this mass consisting of cellulose or similar fibre materials and a hydraulic binder, with the improvement whereby volatile substances e.g. light oils etc. are added to the mass to give a higher porosity after drying or stripping out.
