<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular head light configured to form a predetermined light distribution pattern having a cutoff line on its upper edge by the light irradiation from a plurality of lighting fixture units, optical axes of which units are adapted to be collectively adjusted while the thickness reduction of the lighting fixtures are achieved without complicating the lighting fixture structure. <P>SOLUTION: The plurality of lighting fixture units 30 each with a light emission element 34 as a light source are configured to be supported on a common unit supporting member 20, whereby the optical axes can be collectively adjusted. Here, a projecting lens 32 and a rectilinear propagation obstructing member 38 constituting each lighting fixture unit 30 are unitedly formed as a light controlling member 40, and the light controlling member 40, the light emission element 34 and a reflector 36 are configured to be separately attached to the unit supporting member 20. Thereby, the lighting fixture structure is simplified as compared with the case where lighting fixture units in a completed state are attached to the unit supporting member 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
