<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely estimate an occupant's getting-off action, and to prevent a person from being pinched in a door to a high degree according to the estimation. <P>SOLUTION: In the door pinching informing device 10, a seated state comparing processing portion 13b compares seated information before/after releasing operation of an electric slide door and recognizes its difference, and estimates whether an occupant is about to get on a vehicle 1 or the occupant is about to get off the vehicle 1. On the basis of the estimated result by a getting one/off estimating processing portion 13c, a door pinching judging processing portion 13d judges there is a danger that a person is pinched by a door, when an electric slide door is intended to close although the person is about to get on the vehicle 1, or when the electric slide door is intended to close although the person is about get off the vehicle 1.
