<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathing posture holder which allows a user to ease the tension and relax the whole body without exerting unreasonable force and straggling inside a bathtub, and in addition, is improved in handleability when installing it to a bathtub when using it, handleability when keeping it when not using it and handleability when carrying it, etc. <P>SOLUTION: The bathing posture holder includes a flexible mat 10 to be mounted on the bottom surface of a bathtub, a non-slip means composed of a projection group 40 provided on the surface of the mat, suction means composed of a suction cup group 50 provided on the back surface of the mat 10 for fixing the mat to the bottom surface 61 of the bathtub, and a saddle body 30 allowing the lower limbs 72 of the user 70 whose buttocks 71 are put on the mat 10 to lean against it.
