<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a black resin composition capable of forming a black matrix having a high OD value, a high adhesive property, and a high resistance value. <P>SOLUTION: The black resin composition includes at least a light-shielding material, a resin, and a solvent and contains as the light-shielding material, at least titanium nitride particles.
