PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insert for carrier boards of test handler. SOLUTION: According to a first configuration of the present invention, while reducing the replacement cost of an insert by combining a latch block applied to the insert with an insert body detachably, since the latch block becomes recyclable, a technique by which lavishness of resources can be reduced is indicated. Moreover, according to a second configuration of the present invention, since an insert pocket with a hook is combined with the insert body detachably to enhance the recycling rate of the insert body, a latch device is prepared in the insert pocket to exchange a damaged latch device easily, and a number of open holes release leads of semiconductor element downward are deployed to penetrate on a basal plane of loading section of the insert, an applicable technique is disclosed independent on size scale of a semiconductor element.
