PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple, labor-saving and effective pest control method for controlling harmful organisms in a greenhouse using a microorganism-containing preparation. SOLUTION: The pest control method comprises mist-spraying a diluted microorganism-containing preparation solution to the underside of leaves of a plant to be treated using an irrigation tube in a greenhouse. The microorganism is insecticidal natural enemy fungi, and is selected from the group consisting of Paecilomyces, Beauveria, Metarhizium, Nomuraea, Verticillium, Hirsutella, Entomomophaga, Culicinomyces, Sorosporella, Aschersonia, Neozygites, and Tolypocladium genera.
