PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for determining whether or not a determination object of a vehicle is invisible from a driver of the vehicle. SOLUTION: A visual field determination ECU acquires its own vehicle positional/attitude information showing a current 3-dimensional location and attitude of its own vehicle with respect to an object notified by a risk information reception device (110); acquires determination object positional information showing the 3-dimensional location of the object (120); and when the location of the object is within a travelling direction and prescribed distance of its own vehicle (130), acquires blind spot information showing a range to be a blind spot when viewed from the driver in its own vehicle (140). The ECU specifies a blind spot positional range to be the blind spot when viewed from the driver in its own vehicle at the location and attitude showing its own vehicle positional/attitude information by applying the acquired blind spot information to the acquired its own vehicle positional/attitude information, and determines whether or not the object is invisible from the driver in its own vehicle, based on whether or not the 3-dimensional location shown by the acquired object positional information is included in the specified positional range (150).
