PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluation means of an accurate rheology value by solving the problem wherein a concrete work is performed following a so-called 'sure rule of thumb' determined based on a long experience, concerning determination of fluidity of fresh concrete suitable for an execution condition, consideration of a change with time, a method for vibration compaction, the degree thereof, or the like.
