<p>A cooling method for high temperature coal filtering adsorption material and its device are provided. The method includes: the high temperature coal filtering adsorption material successively exchanges heat with saturated steam, water and air after fed into a cooling device, and its temperature is gradually decreased during the process of heat exchange. The device has a feed opening (26) at its top end and a discharge opening (27) at its lower end of the bottom, and has a metal shell (1) at its outside, and has a cooling chamber for the material at its inside, which is divided into three parts for the steam, the water and the air. The method and the device can make the high temperature filtering adsorption material not contact with the air during the cooling process. The method and the device can simultaneously make use of the heat of the cooling process of the high temperature filtering adsorption material to heat the steam and transform the saturated steam into the overheated steam to increase the activation effect of the filtering adsorption material, and to heat the combustion air demanded in an equipment for preparing the filtering adsorption material to increase its combustion efficiency and save energy.</p> |
