<p>This invention provides a hydroformed article comprising a metal pipe as a material which has been integrally worked by cold plastic working. The hydroformed article is characterized in that (x) one or more bent parts are provided, (y) a tube expanded part is provided at at least one part of the bent parts. The dimension of the tube expanded part in a direction toward a bent outer side (or inner side) in a cross section perpendicular to the tube axis, and in a direction perpendicular to the direction is at least 1.35 times the equivalent circle diameter of the end of the metallic pipe, and (z) the inner side (or outer side) of the bent part has a substantially identical radius of curvature.</p>
