<p>Compounds of formula (I), wherein R is defined in the specification, optical isomers or pharmaceutically acceptable salts, preparation methods and uses thereof. The compounds may be in the forms of optical isomers or racemic mixtures. Such compounds are metabolically transformed into pharmaceutically active neurotransmitter antagonists in vivo after administration, which may be useful for treating psychotic disorders, such as schizophrenia.</p> |
