A massage mattress is provided to obtain air shower and massage effect by squirting the cold air and heat by equipping with air holes between air pockets. A massage mattress comprises: a mattress body(100) including a plurality of air pockets(110) which are embossed in case of inflow of the air and a plurality of air holes(120) which are placed among a plurality of air pockets and squirt the air flown in; and an air ejection and suction apparatus(200) which is connected to the mattress body and makes the air flow in the air pocket and air hole. In the air hole, the cold air and heat squirt by turns. |
