A frame structure of prefabricated house is provided to make assembly and disassembly of the frame supporting the panel forming the floor, the wall and the roof, and to gain strong endurance. A frame structure of prefabricated house comprises a floor frame(1) which is arranged in order to form square and is connected, a pillar frame(2) connected to the floor framework that it is established in the angle station in which the floor framework is connected to plumb, a ceiling frame(3) in which the connected angle station is connected to the pillar, a roof frame(4) installed at the top it is connected to the ceiling frame.
