An optical information recording/reproducing apparatus and a method thereof, and an optical information servo control method are provided to improve recording/reproducing efficiency of optical information by using a reflection part and a reproduction condition information part. An optical information reproducing apparatus comprises an optical system for projecting a beam on an optical information storage medium, a reflection beam detector(230), a detector(280), a control part(240), and an adjustment part(250). The reflection beam detector receives the beam reflected from the optical information storage medium. The detector detects a reproduction beam by detecting reproduction condition information reproduced on the optical information storage medium. The control part controls the incident angle of beam by receiving the reproduction condition information. The adjustment part adjusts the tilting condition of the storage medium according to the control of the control part. |
