Functional paper is provided to generate an effect of an cypress extract of the ROSA davurica by suppressing a volatilization of the cypress extracts of the ROSA davurica, to express various effects due to far infrared rays generated in amphibole, and to reduce a stress by the cypress extracts of the ROSA davurica(phytoncide). Crushed leaves and branches are put into a reflux extractor after crushing the leaves and the branches of cypress nicely. The crushed leaves and branches are put into an extraction solvent, heated and extracted for 1 ~ 2 hours at 100°C. A precipitate is discarded away and a filtrate is obtained after filtering the extract. A 0.01 ~ 0.1 weight% of a calcium carbonate or a sodium carbonate is added into amphibole of which an average particle diameter is 30mum or less. Granules are formed, plasticized and pulverized at a temperature of 1,000 ~ 1,200°C. A polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution, a gelatin water solution or a starch water solution is added and agitated with the cypress extracts of ROSA davurica to the amphibole micropowder, and a solution is manufactured. The solution is coated and the coating layer is formed, and functional paper is manufactured. |
