A hybrid image display device and a driving method thereof are provided to prevent unnecessary deterioration of an organic light-emitting diode by operating an organic electroluminescent panel for a main image and a liquid crystal panel for an auxiliary image individually. In the hybrid image display device, data lines cross inside the organic light-emitting diode display panel. The first timing controller rearranges and outputs first video data. First digital data is input to the first data driver through the first timing controller. First digital data is converted into the analog data voltage to form the first data line. The scan pulse is successively supplied to the first gate line through the control of the first timing controller.
