The shaver includes a cutter 3 having a foil type cutting head 9 with a plurality of apertures formed therein for receiving hairs and a rotary cutter 11. The rotary cutter 11 includes parts for cutting short 15 and long 17) for hairs. These parts 15, 17 have different cutting planes. The shaver also includes a pump 26 for producing negative pressure (vacuum) which sucks long hairs through the cutter head 9 and moves trimmed material away from the rotary cutter. |
