<p>The method involves providing a transmission signal (Tx) with a carrier frequency, which increases or reduces in a ramp shape. The transmission signal is modulated by a transmission channel modulator (3). A reception signal (Rx) is mixed a temporarily delayed pseudo noise code sequence by reception mixers (12, 13) and integrated by integrators (14, 15) for forming a complex correlation gain, where a relative velocity of an object is determined from a temporary process of a correlation result of the mixed and integrated received signal. An independent claim is also included for a device for determination of a relative velocity of an object by using transmitted and received microwave radiations, comprising a unit for production of a carrier frequency.</p> |
