A water-soluble anionic exposure rubber asphalt waterproofing composition comprises an anionic water-soluble asphalt waterproofing composition polymerized with (a-1) 40-70 weight% of an SBS(styrene butadiene styrene) modified asphalt, (a-2) 5-25 weight% of a polychloroprene synthetic rubber, (a-3) 0.1-20 weight% of acrylic emulsion, (a-4) 0.1-5 weight% of a polystyrene resin or an ABS(Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene Copolymer) resin or a propylene resin, (a-5) 0.2-10 weight% of an anionic emulsifying and dispersing agent, (a-6) 1-25 weight% of The filler(the mineral-TiO2(titanium dioxide), diatomite, cement, carbon filler), and (a-7) 10-50 weight% of water; and a curing agent(water-soluble cationic modified asphalt) mixed with (b-1) 0-80 weight% of an SBS(styrene butadiene styrene) modified asphalt, (b-2) 0-20 weight% of chloroprene or SBR, (b-3) 0-5 weight% of a cationic emulsifying and dispersing agent, (b-4) 5-15 weight% of calcium chloride, and (b-5) 30-90 weight% of water.
