To assist a business trade between a user who wants to sell an item and the other who wants to purchase an item by accepting an offer for the purchase through a home page disclosing information regarding to used goods. For the above procedure, the users are previously categorized into a plurality of groups to which different priorities are given respectively. The item information is presented to the users with expanding a scope of the access allowances in accordance with the priority and lapsed time since the information of the for-sale item is entered. In other words, the information is presented to the users by the order of the priorities from the highest to the lowest. |
