<p>The present invention provides novel polymeric amine compositions employing amine compounds having multiple tertiary amine groups. Methods of making these new compositions are also disclosed. Amine compositions and amine-epoxy compositions employing the polymeric amine compositions of the present invention are also provided.</p>
