A secondary battery is provided to improve thermal stability of the secondary battery heated to high temperature by employing a ceramic separator filler having a heat absorption function. A secondary battery comprises an electrode assembly. The separator interposed between two plates of the electrode assembly is a ceramic separator containing a ceramic filler having heat absorption and a binder, wherein the ceramic filler is comprised of barium titanate(BaTiO3). |
