An application relay system is provided to transfer, copy and balance the applications of same kinds of cards which are mounted or stored at plural ICs or IC cards that at least two card providers issue. A first IC stores applications of a certain card, and a first storage medium(110) stores the applications read out from an IC card(135) temporally. A reading unit(105) reads out the applications of a certain card from the first IC and the IC card, and a first storage unit(115) stores the read card applications at the first storage medium. When the card applications stored at the first storage medium are transferred to a sever(180), a first extracting unit(120) extracts the card applications from the first storage medium. A first transferring unit(125) transfers the card applications to the sever through at least one or more than on a wired or wireless network. |
