A pass information establishment system using a highway pass token and a method thereof are provided to utilize a highway pass token as useful data by allocating an ID(IDentification) number to the pass token and making a database of both the ID number and pass information and to get an effective advertisement effect by providing a driver, who confirms the pass token on which advertisement is printed, with mileage points. A pass-token issue device(110) is installed at an entrance of a highway tall gate to issue a pass-token(10) on which entrance information is printed, and a pass-token withdraw device(120) is installed at an exit of a highway tall gate to output the issued pass-token on which exit information is printed with an ID number. The pass-token withdraw device includes a control module. The pass information of the pass-token is matched with the ID number by the control module when withdrawing the pass-token, and the matched information is stored at a pass information database(130). An operator site is interworked with the pass information database, and retrieves the pass information and gives mileage points to deriver member information when the ID number is inputted. A user inputs the ID number through a deriver terminal(140). |
