A heating device for a permanent is provided to make permanent operation convenient by mounting subsidiary materials needed for permanent molding in the heating device. A heating device for a permanent comprises wheel members(2), an indirect heating device(3), and a direct heating device(4). The indirect heating device comprises: a lot of heating rods(32) having diameter corresponding to that of rods; a control panel part(33) controlling the heating temperature of the heating rod; and the transparent cover(34) preventing heat emission of heating device. The direct heating device comprises: a column member(42) installed at the main body(1); a flexible pipe(43) installed at the column member; a connector part(45) installed at the front end of the flexible pipe; and a wire(46) connecting a rod(41) and a connector part. At the front and back surface of the main body, cages(11,12) in which the necessary subsidiary material is received are installed.
