A micro-current apparatus is provided to change injured current of the damaged part into electric potential by reducing the injured current. A micro-current apparatus comprises: a power supply unit(100) steadily applying the power to the micro-current apparatus; a controller(200) making a control signal if the power source is applied from the power supply unit; an air pump(300) inhaling the air of the silicone cup inside an adhesion electrode part; an adhesion electrode part(400) measuring the impedance and authorizing the micro-current; an input control part(500) inputting the input value; an alternating frequency generating unit(600) generating the frequency waveform; a work ratio calculation unit(700) performing work ratio calculation by using the impedance; a voltage generation unit(800) generating and authorizing the reference voltage to the adhesion electrode part; a modulation circuit part(900) modulating the signal; and an output unit(980) receiving the signal modulated in the modulation circuit part and outputting it to the adhesion electrode part.
