A rotatable inputting apparatus is provided to perform various inputs by using a rotation velocity, a direction, and an angle as a detection signal through a ring magnet and a magnetic element. A wheel key(10) receives a rotary operation force and includes a center hole(11) formed in the center and a multi-polar magnetized ring magnet in a lower edge. A spacer(20) is a tube member inserted into the center hole and a center key is assembled in the penetrated center. A insertion protrusion(21) is protrusively formed in the lower edge with an equal interval. A holder(30) with a tube shape is positioned at the lower side of the wheel key and supports rotatably. A pressure pin(31) and a vertical post(33) are protrusively formed in the lower side of the holder with the equal interval. A cover plate(40) positioned at the lower side of the holder has an insertion hole(41) which the insertion protrusion and the vertical post are inserted into. A penetration hole is formed in a position corresponding to the insertion hole on an upper surface of the cover plate. A magnetic element(37) detecting the rotation of a ring magnet and a dome button(39) receiving a pressure of the pressure pin are positioned on a printed circuit board.
