A breeding container using a multi-layer loading structure is provided to considerably improve availability of the breeding container by breeding various animals in one breeding container. A breeding container forms the space in which the inside is hollow and receives objects. First and second combining units are formed at upper and lower parts of a plurality of column members. The breeding container body(6) is formed in a box type by combining wall members(4) with each other. A cap member(9) made of the transparent material is equipped with third and fourth combining units. The fourth combining units are combined with the upper side of the breeding container body and are inserted into the column members symmetrically.
