A filter cloth cleansing system of a belt press is provided to be washed by brush so that a filter cloth pressure roller pressurizes the filter cloth by lifting down a filter cloth height adjusting part installed at an inner wall of a filtrate receiver to a lower part when being used in the long time and an interval of an upper filter cloth or a lower filtration filter cloth, and the brush becomes wide, and a washing is not performed well. A filter cloth cleansing system contains a driving part(2100), a filtrate receiver(2200), a driving shaft, a brush, a filter cloth height adjusting part(2500) and a filter cloth pressure roller(2550). The driving part comprises a motor(2110) installed at a fixed position of a frame(1100) and a reducer(2120). The filtrate receiver is installed at one side of a driving part. The driving shaft is installed at one side of the driving part and is rotatable so that leakage of water is generated in both side walls(2210,2220) of the filtrate receiver. The brush washes a lower part of a lower filter cloth and an upper filter cloth. The filter cloth height adjusting part is installed at an inner wall of the filtrate receiver and controls the pressure pressurizing the upper filter cloth or the lower filter cloth. The filter cloth pressure roller is installed at both ends of the filter cloth height adjusting part.
