<p>The evaporator (1) has a evaporator tank (15), and a cooler (2) and a receptacle (3), which are a part of a vacuumizable system and are directly or indirectly connected to a vacuum pump (14). A cooler valve (6) is arranged between the cooler and the receptacle that has an outlet (7), which is provided with an outlet valve (8). A venting valve (12) is provided for partial balance of pressure difference between atmospheric pressure and pressure in the receptacle, where the outlet valve and/or the cooler valve are designed as return valves. An independent claim is also included for a method for continuous distillation with an evaporator.</p> |
