<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To offer a video game which incorporates a cardio-waveform (or Electrocardiogram) of a game player on its video display screen and makes that cardio-waveform influence affect the game actions and developments. <P>SOLUTION: A microprocessor 3 generates a cardio-waveform based on or triggered by the signal representing a cardiac beat rate of a specific game player. The waveform 7 representing a cardio-waveform of a human being can be generated on the screen by simply detecting the cardiac beat rate of the player. One example of the video game operation of this invention is explained as: the waveform 7 is the boundary which limits the territory where the icon 8 moves around; the icon 8 can be of any type of a space vehicle which is arbitrarily designed and it must either shoot or destroy the enemy obstacle 9 floating in its passage; the movement of the icon 8 is controlled by a manual control device 6; when the icon 8 collides with the waveform 7, the icon 8 would also be destroyed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
