<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To switch accompaniment patterns always with natural auditory sense and to minimize a resulting decrease in operability of switching. <P>SOLUTION: An accompaniment data generation part 50 generates and outputs accompaniment data for an automatic accompaniment on the basis of sounding pattern data regarding an accompaniment pattern selected by a user among sounding pattern data stored in a pattern data storage part 30 and keying information of a keyboard. In this case, switching timing information as to respective accompaniment patterns is stored in a switching timing information storage part 40 and when an indication for switching the pattern and interval of the automatic accompaniment is received from the user, switching regarding the switching indication is reflected on the generation of accompaniment data in timing based upon switching timing information as to the accompaniment pattern in use. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
