An organic electroluminescent device and a method for fabricating the same are provided to perform double-sided emission by forming a positive electrode and a negative electrode made of transparent conductive material. An organic electroluminescent device includes a first electrode(101), a second electrode(110), an organic light emitting layer(105), an electron injection layer(103), an electron transport layer(104), a hole injection layer(107), and a hole transport layer(106). The organic light emitting layer is disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode. The electron injection layer and the electron transport layer are disposed between the first electrode and the organic light emitting layer. The hole injection layer and the hole transport layer are disposed between the second electrode and the organic light emitting layer. The first electrode includes a first electrode layer(101a) and a second electrode layer(101b) made of transparent conductive material. |
