A LASER ABSORPTANCE MEASURING DEVICE AND THE MEASURING METHOD THEREBY

A laser absorptance measuring device and method are provided to improve economic efficiency by measuring transmittance and reflectivity of a specimen in one apparatus and to measure accurate laser absorptance by using data measured at various rotation angles. A laser absorptance measuring device includes a laser source module(LSM,800) irradiating the laser having a specific wavelength to a specimen; a specimen inspection module(MPM,700) in which the specimen is settled and rotating the specimen by a fixed angle; a photo diode module(PDM,600) measuring the laser transmittance and reflectivity of the specimen; and a controller(200) which calculates the laser absorptance from the laser transmission and reflectivity measured through the photo diode module(PDM).
