<p>The determination method involves measuring or picking up parameters at the position of the compacting machine (1), and store the parameters together with the position data of compacting machine. The parameters are assigned to the current partial surface or to all subsegment of the current partial surface. The current compaction degree of current partial surface or subsegment of current partial surface is computed from the assigned parameters, and the operations are performed repeatedly when the parameters that have been stored are part of the parameters to be included in the computation. An independent claim is also included for a optical position determining system for determining compaction degree of surface segment of to be compacted traffic surface.</p> |
