摘要 An array substrate of liquid crystal display device is provided to reduce the manufacturing process and cost by reducing the number of masks used for the manufacturing a thin-film transistor. An array panel for liquid crystal display comprises gate electrodes(121), a gate line, an insulating layer, an ohmic contact, a contact hole and pixel electrodes. The gate electrode, the gate line and the gate insulating layer are formed on the array panel. The first active layer(124a) consisting of the first amorphous silicon thin film, and the n-level layer(135) consisting of the n-level amorphous silicon thin film, and the second active layer(124b) consisting of the second amorphous silicon thin film are formed on substrate. The ohmic contact layer is formed on the second active layer. A data line defines pixel region by intersecting the source electrode and the drain electrode formed on the ohmic contact layer and gate line. A protective film is formed as a cover on the data line. A part of the drain electrode is removed and forms contact hole. A pixel electrode is formed on the contact hole, and is connected with the drain electrode.
