A movable fuel cell vehicle for uninterruptedly transferring transformers and a method for replacing a distribution transformer using the same are provided to replace the transformer in an uninterruptible power state by loading a fuel cell, an inverter, a controller, and a cable reel in a bypass vehicle. A fuel cell(3), an inverter to invert a direct current generated from the fuel cell to an alternating current, and a controller to equalize the output power of the inverter with a power of a distribution line are loaded inside a loading space(2) of a bypass vehicle. A cable reel(20) wound with a plurality of cables for a bypass process is installed in a rear portion of the loading space. |
