A method and an apparatus for manufacturing a paper cup of which one side is folded are provided to produce at large quantity. A paper guiding device(100) comprises an input port(52), an output part(72), a paper feeding path(1) and a transfer unit. The input part comprises an input part forming the input port and the transfer path; an intermediate part(61) forming the intermediate transfer path; an output part forming the output port and the transfer path; and transfer roller(50,60,62,70), that is, the transfer unit.
