A multi-functional air cleaning device is provided to change a display sheet on the front side of the case easily, thereby reducing sheet changing time. A case having a opening on the front side has a first suction part(402), and exhausting parts(404). A suction fan(410) is located in the case to be adjacent to the first suction part. A filter cartridge is located between exhausting parts of the case and suction fan, and filters the air inhaled through the first suction part of the case. A display panel having a slot(432) around the front side of the case. A place for sheet is prepared between the slot and a transparent window.
